Warranty Conditions
All products are under the warranty of the manufacturer unless otherwise stated. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, be sure to check the product during cargo delivery. If you see any damage, do not accept the product by keeping a report. Changes made to the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.
Product Exchange Conditions
If the product you purchased from our site is faulty, you must contact us from the online support section on our page within 7 days from the date of delivery. Following this information, the faulty product that you will deliver to us with the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product error occurred due to customer use or the product has been used within the 7-day period, the product cannot be returned or replaced. As for product return and replacement conditions, the practices required by the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 are essential.
